From Our Apiary

Our bees are the Apis Mellifera Mellifera honey bees, critical pollinators for many crops and wildflowers. They are native to Ireland and are under threat from non-native insects and negative environmental impacts and pathogens.

Supporting our business in turn supports their existence which is crucial to returning something to nature in terms of all that nature gives to us.

We rear queens from our Apiary and we prepare apideas and have nucleus hives for sale within the bee-keeping season.
