We have changed breed of pig from Berkshire to OSB/Duroc and GOS/Duroc crosses. Buying a full pig for your freezer means you are stocked up for the coming months and have delicious organic pork and bacon at the ready for months to come. We usually finish our pigs in the late Autumn when the last of the forage has been enjoyed by the animals. For us, this means we have everything we need pork and bacon wise from our Christmas Ham to our Easter feast and all in between. The cuts are vacuum sealed into portions for best freezing quality and they packaged into .5kg approx. portions for rashers, sausages and pork chops and other cuts such as lions,legs and chops, will vary depending on each pig.

Each finished pig will yield approximately 60-70kg of meat. You can speak with us to discuss your preferences for hams, chops, rashers and sausages, loins, fillet, neck, leg, chops. We encourage everyone eating pork to make use of the whole pig. The heads and the trotters are available also and included in the price. However should you wish not to receive the last two items, please ensure confirm this with your order. However, I will say the head is delicious. I did a pig butchery course in River Cottage in the UK and we cooked and ate one. There is a recipe for it under recipes.

You can have the items delivered or collection at farm also possible. All items will be frozen, and labelled in accordance with DFAM food health and safety regulations. We have a limited number of whole pigs available and early booking during the summer is advised. Please get in touch to order yours for the coming Autumn season.
